As their journey unfolds, the duo collaborates to aid a diverse range of clients, including “Self-loathing vampires, agoraphobic social media enthusiasts, supernatural narcissists, and individuals affected by centuries-old capitalist systems”.

According to PC Gamer, Little Bat Games claim Vampire Therapist has “Real-life therapy techniques at its core” that were “Created with the help and support of licenced therapists”, and the developers warned the game “Explores sensitive and potentially triggering topics in a historical context, such as war, abuse, sexual oppression, and extremism”.
