One of the Best Bugs in Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Enjoy an Isometric View
There’s a bug that turns Assassin’s Creed Mirage into an isometric game, which a Redditor reportedly called a FOV glitch. You can watch the gameplay here. The game is already a huge hit for the studio, easily breaking two of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s records already. However, we can’t help but love the new view that captures more of Baghdad’s beauty. It makes attacking unsuspecting guards and soldiers all the more immersive. Especially with the zoom effects, which make the game feel like a Prince of Persia title. So, this is the only bug that we want the developers to add. Anybody who wants to play an isometric alternative to Assassin’s Creed Mirage can consider games such as Seven: The Days Long Gone. This way, you can enjoy the game as it is.

Avoiding the Bugs in Assassin’s Creed Mirage without Patches
Already, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is different from its predecessors. That said, all the bugs above have been fixed in the day one patch. However, that begs the question: Is the game playable without the patch? The short answer is yes. In other words, you can save your data and play without downloading any updates. This means that you might face bugs that other gamers aren’t facing. Of course, we’re talking about players who have updated their copies of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Ultimately, lucky players will be able to play the game from start to finish without game-breaking bugs.
The Denuvo DRM Controversy in Video Games
Denuvo DRM is an anti-piracy software tool that simply prevents the creation of illegal copies of games. However, Denuvo is known to break games if care isn’t taken and we hope we don’t find bugs in Assassin’s Creed Mirage after the update. For one, popular titles like Shadow of the Tomb Raider ran better on PCs once Denuvo was removed. The frame rates, texture quality, animations, and physics were all better.

So, once gamers heard the news that the anti-piracy software tool had been added to Assassin’s Creed Mirage, many were concerned. Especially as Denuvo DRM also makes modding games hard. The worst part is that there was no announcement that Denuvo DRM would be added. So, reviewers couldn’t include it in earlier articles. Gamers think they’re being cheeky because Ubisoft didn’t include it in the day one patch notes. Luckily, the overall performance of the game doesn’t seem to have been affected. In fact, the experience is better since they’ve fixed some bugs in Assassin’s Creed Mirage that appeared at launch.
Ubisoft Is Still Patching Bugs in Assassin’s Creed Mirage
Ubisoft, being a gaming giant, is releasing patches following complaints from the community. Assassin’s Creed Mirage’s return to its stealth roots is well-received by the gaming community. So, it’s nice to see that the developers are committed to perfecting the game. The last update for the game (1.0.4) was released on October 4, so we can look forward to a November patch.

For one, a patch that allows players to turn off the chromatic aberration in the game is already in the works. The effects of the aberration sour the otherwise excellent visuals. So, the gamers who enjoy this title the most are the ones who download and install updates in a timely manner. However, according to reports in forums, the game is generally stable. There was more positive feedback than negative, even with the addition of Denuvo DRM. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Ubisoft will be expanding the game via DLC anytime soon.
