What Is the Showcase of the Immortals About?
Now we’ve got the WWE 2K24 showcase matches down, let’s talk a bit about how the game mode will work. Showcase of the Immortals will work like any single-player story mode where you complete matches and meet the requirements in order to unlock new features. You will be playing through all 21 of the abovementioned matches and experience what it felt like to be there at those times.
If you’re able to complete all the objectives in the WWE 2K24 showcase matches, you can unlock new characters, attires, historical arenas, championships, etc. These will all be available in your normal match roster once completed. The game mode will be similar to the WrestleMania mode of WWE 2K14 when WrestleMania had completed 30 years of captivating entertainment.
We know that not all your favourite matches would have made the cut for the WWE 2K24 showcase matches since everyone started watching WWE at different times. But 2K Games and Visual Concepts have done an amazing job of squeezing in the most iconic moments from the biggest wrestling event of the year into a handful of interesting matches.
