From day one, players will have access to an impressive roster of 18 characters, the details of whom we’ll delve into momentarily.
At present, Street Fighter 6 isn’t on Xbox Game Pass. However, we wouldn’t be surprised if, down the line, the game finds its way into the Game Pass library for a limited period.

Street Fighter 6 Female Characters
Street Fighter 6 will launch with a roster of 18 characters. This number will be expanded with the DLCs in the forthcoming months. Nevertheless, the base game will feature 11 male and 7 female characters ready for gameplay. We’ve already detailed the male characters in SF 6 in a separate list. Today, we’re shining a spotlight on the formidable women of the fighting ring.
Meet all Street Fighter 6 female characters:
- Cammy
- Chun-Li
- Juri
- Kimberly
- Lily
- Manon
- Marisa
This roster features a blend of familiar faces from past games and fresh fighters making their debut in the sixth instalment. Packing strength and fighting styles on par with their male counterparts, it’s certain that a handful of these female characters will soon be your top picks.
1. Cammy
Cammy, a character we first met in Street Fighter II, has a completely different look in SF6. You might even mistake her for a new addition to the roster, but it’s indeed the same fighter we know from previous games who donned a sleeveless green athletic outfit. The reason behind this drastic change remains a mystery, but it’s likely linked to the narrative of SF6. Being the second female character in the series, Cammy holds a special place in the hearts of veteran players.
In Street Fighter 6, it appears we’ll encounter a rather more irritable Cammy. With her flowing blonde hair and lethal fists, this British combatant despises almost everything, save for cats. As a close ally of central characters such as Ryu and Chun-Li, we’re eager to step into the shoes of Cammy once more.
Height: 5 feet 5 inches – 167 centimetres
Weight: 134 pounds – 60 kilogrammes
2. Chun-Li
Chun-Li stands as one of the two main characters in the Street Fighter series. Since her introduction in Street Fighter II, she has captivated millions of players. Sworn to avenge her father’s murder at the hands of M. Bison, Chun-Li will once again command the stage in SF6, in all her magnificence. With her iconic blue attire, she’s poised to school her adversaries in the refined art of martial combat.
Her lethal kicks, powered by her formidable calves, are her signature move. It’s easy to predict that amongst the female characters in Street Fighter 6, she’ll be a popular choice. The time draws near to reunite with the “Strongest woman in the world”, a character who has even found her way into other games such as Fortnite. We will also see the return of her adopted child, Li-Fen, in SF6.
Height: 5 feet 7 inches – 173 centimetres
Weight: Secret (Chun-Li’s weight was not officially announced in any of the games)
3. Juri
When considering the Street Fighter franchise, you may typically associate characters with being purely good or purely evil. For instance, Ryu and Chun-Li are always symbols of righteousness, while M. Bison embodies pure malevolence. Although the narrative might occasionally spring a surprise, this dichotomy generally holds. Juri, however, defies this conventional pattern. She is a sadistic character, deriving pleasure from causing pain, her sole motivation in battles being to torment her opponents.
She focuses all her energy in the fighting arena, unconcerned with the underlying narrative. In many ways, you could consider her as Ryu’s polar opposite. She has a fondness for spiders, is fiercely individualistic, and brings a vengeful intensity to all her actions. She doesn’t need to find a purpose to fight – the mere act of inflicting pain on others is motivation enough.
Height: 5 feet 5 inches – 167 centimetres
Weight: 126 pounds – 57 kilogrammes
4. Kimberly
Say hello to the series’ new lively and spirited female character. Kimberly is a ninja-in-training, taught by Guy, who you may recognise from the earlier games. Her unique fighting style not only makes her stand out but also carves a distinctive niche for her among the female characters in Street Fighter 6. From her appearance to her demeanour, Kimberly beautifully embodies her African heritage.
In one of the interviews given by the developers, there were hints that she could be the new generation’s Chun-Li. So yes – barring any major hiccups, Kimberly is poised to become a mainstay in the Street Fighter franchise. With her love for the 80s and sneakers, we’re excited to see how much players will adore her in the new game.
Height: 5 feet 6 inches – 170 centimetres
Weight: 134 pounds – 60 kilogrammes
5. Lily
Just like Kimberly, Lily will make her debut in Street Fighter 6. Her vibrant personality and playful nature are reasons enough to fall in love with her already. But many players might prefer her because of the dual-wielded weapons she uses. Thanks to her connection with nature, her move set consists of fluid and rapid movements.
Physically, Lily is quite shorter and lighter compared to the other characters. But rest assured, she can be just as lethal as any other character – especially if you lie to her, because she detests lies. As a member of the Thunderfoot tribe, we believe she could play a significant part in the main storyline.
Height: 5 feet 3 inches – 161 centimetres
Weight: 106 pounds – 48 kilogrammes
6. Manon
Street Fighter fans may have found their new “Muscle mommy”. Manon looks striking with her impressive physique and fighting skills. We’ll meet this French character for the first time in SF6, but we already know she’s a ballerina. How she’ll factor into the main storyline is unclear, but she’s already a compelling reason for everyone to eagerly anticipate June 2.
A world champion judoka, supermodel, and devoted family member, there’s nothing Manon can’t do. This is perfectly normal, as her character is one of the most idealistic in the game – always striving for the best. Her background as a ballerina lends her a fluid and delicate fighting style. Even a kick she delivers looks like a flower blooming in the most beautiful valley in the world.
Height: 5 feet 9 inches – 179 centimetres
Weight: 129 pounds – 58 kilogrammes
7. Marisa
Meet Marisa – arguably the physically strongest female character in the Street Fighter franchise. A warrior who fights valiantly to the end, showing respect for her worthy opponents. Behind her Italian identity lies a heritage from Ancient Greece. She values the colour gold, ostentation, and beauty. Her immense physique serves as a great canvas to display her muscularity, and her fighting style is a testament to her strength.
Marisa is here to fill a gap in Street Fighter 6 – to compensate for the physical disparity of female characters compared to males. You can always opt for traditional fighters like Chun-Li. However, if you wish to face off against Zangief or Honda with a female character of equal physical prowess, Marisa will be your go-to choice.
Height: 6 feet 8 inches – 207 centimetres
Weight: 269 pounds – 122 kilogrammes
That’s all we have to say about all Street Fighter 6 female characters for now. New characters are almost certain to be added in the coming months – then we’ll expand this list even further.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Cammy a Tomboy?
Cammy can indeed be described as a tomboy, due to her serious and stern demeanour. However, it’s not about her physical appearance – it’s all about her relentless focus on bringing down Shadaloo. Despite being the second female character in the Street Fighter series after Chun-Li, she has always stood out with her masculine bearing.
Is Juri Good or Bad?
Juri, whom we’ll meet again in Street Fighter 6, is an antihero. This means she can’t be defined as entirely good or entirely bad. She relishes in the suffering of her opponents, has an affinity for spiders, and emanates an aura of darkness with her sinister appearance. However, her role in the main story does not align with this at all.
Will Street Fighter 6 Be Free?
No – Street Fighter 6 will not be free-to-play on any platform. You can purchase different editions of the game for PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S. However, the game’s DLCs set to be released in the coming months will likely carry a cost. The fact that the beta was free may have caused some confusion, but SF6 is indeed a full-price game.
