Labours
If improving your combat skills is your next priority, you should complete the Skill Labours. These are trials that players complete to unlock skills. Both the Leviathan Axe and Chaos Blades have three skill trees, namely: Technique, Ranged, and Melee. To advance in these skill trees, you’ll have to complete various Labours. In total, you’ll have to complete around 122 tasks.
Once your skills reach gold tier, which are the best in the game, you can use Mod Tokens. Mod Tokens can help players deal more Damage, Stun, Protection, Element, and Momentum. Of course, Kratos and his companions, Atreus and Freya, all have a skill tree. Fortunately, the combat in God of War Ragnarok is as addictive as ever! Even a random mash up of buttons will result in combos that quickly become cohesive after only a few trials and errors. So, you’re bound to unlock more skills even when you’re not actively pursuing them.
