Looking over the bundles for Last Epoch’s pre-order editions, we see many cosmetics being given out as part of the Last Epoch pre-order bonus. One particular type of cosmetic given in all three pre-order editions is the exclusive cosmetic pets. These pets will definitely help add some realism to the game as they follow along on your journey into Eterra. Today, we’ll be taking a deeper look into all exclusive pets as part of the pre-order bonus.

Last Epoch Pre-Order Bonus Rewards: Pets, Portals, and Armours
Before we get into the exclusive cosmetic pets, let’s discuss the pre-order bundles as a whole. On Last Epoch’s website, you can find three different editions available for pre-order: The Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions. All three are priced differently but also have better rewards than their cheaper counterparts.
The Standard Edition is the cheapest package you can purchase to get the game, as well as the Last Epoch pre-order bonus. Then comes the Deluxe version, followed by the Ultimate version, being the priciest among the three. If you’re looking just to get an exclusive cosmetic pet, regardless of which one it is, the Standard Edition might work best for you. But remember that the Ultimate Edition has a unique exclusive pet you won’t find anywhere else.
You can check out the rest of the details regarding the pre-order editions on their website. Now, moving on to the main purpose of this article, the exclusive cosmetic pets. Note that you’re guaranteed a cosmetic pet no matter what edition you opt for. The rest depends solely on how much you’re willing to spend for these pre-order bonuses.
Chronowyrm Exclusive Cosmetic Pet
Chronowyrm is the first exclusive cosmetic pet we’ll be talking about. Chronowyrms of three ages are available as part of the Last Epoch pre-order bonus: Golden Guppy baby Chronowyrm, Adolescent Chronowyrm, and Adult Chronowyrm. The Baby Chronowyrm with Golden Guppy skin is part of all three pre-order bundles and is the only pre-order bonus in the Standard Edition. Its skin is made of gold and is smaller in size compared to its older variations.
The second form is the Adolescent Chronowyrm, and this form is part of the Deluxe and Ultimate editions only. The Adolescent Chronowyrm has the standard design with a larger body but a base skin colour of pink and blue.
Lastly, we have the Adult Chronowyrm. The Adult Chronowyrm exclusive cosmetic pet can only be found in the Ultimate Edition’s pre-order bonus and nowhere else. It features a massive, leviathan-like dragon who will accompany you in your ventures. Getting this pet will definitely strike fear in the hearts of anyone who dares to get too close to you. Remember that if you buy Last Epoch’s Ultimate Edition, you will receive all three chronowyrm forms, not only one.
Kickstarter Chronowyrm Bundle
Some of you may have heard of other Chronowyrm forms, such as the Gilded, armoured, Lightning, and Crystal Chronowyrms. Just to clarify any confusion, these chronowyrms were part of the Last Epoch’s Kickstarter Supporter Packs back in 2018 when the game was still in its Kickstarter phase.
You could receive these cosmetic pets by supporting the game’s development with $20 or more. However, with the game’s full version being released this time, those chronowyrm versions are no longer available for purchase.

Twilight Fox
Twilight Fox is the other exclusive cosmetic pet available as part of the Last Epoch pre-order bonus. Unfortunately, this item can only be bought alongside the Ultimate Edition bundle of the game, so getting it won’t be cheap.
The Twilight Fox has a similar colour pattern to the chronowyrm but looks like a celestial fox with a devious aura. Last Epoch doesn’t allow players to equip multiple cosmetic pets simultaneously, but it’s a great substitute for when you’re tired of your chronowyrm floating around you all the time.
Other Pre-Order Bonuses
While the exclusive cosmetic pets will weigh heavily on your decision of which bundle to get, also remember to consider the other items as part of the Last Epoch pre-order bonus. These include Epoch Points (50 in Deluxe and 100 in Ultimate), cosmetic armour sets, cosmetic portal sets, and even the full digital soundtrack if that’s something you’re interested in.

The Takeaway
Placing exclusive pets as part of pre-order bonuses is a really great way to incentivise players to buy the game before it comes out. These pets may only be for cosmetic purposes, but they can really add to your character’s customisation and overall look in-game. Remember to get your hands on these pets before the pre-order period ends, and they’re locked away forever.
